ONTARIO LIBERALS ANNOUNCE NEW CRITIC ROLES

QUEEN’S PARK – John Fraser, Interim Leader of the Ontario Liberal Party and MPP for Ottawa South, has announced new critic roles for the Ontario Liberal caucus leading into the next legislative session.

“The Ontario Liberal caucus is a strong team full of energy and experience,” said Fraser. “We will continue to fight for the things Ontarians count on, such as a strong publicly funded health care system, great schools, a clean and safe environment, support for the most vulnerable among us, and jobs and a strong economy.”
“Ontarians continue to face uncertainty about the future,” continued Fraser. “They are concerned about additional waves of COVID-19, a serious affordability crisis, ER closures, labour shortages in our healthcare system, climate change, and uncertainty about the return to school.”
“So far Doug Ford and his Ministers have been missing in action, and we’ve heard nothing about their plans to make life better for people living in this province,” said Fraser. “Ontario Liberals will do everything we can to hold the Ford government to account this session and ensure Ontarians receive the supports they need and deserve.”
